What We Collect
If you complete the consultation form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name
- Your company and job title
- Your business email address and telephone number
- Your country
- The service you are interested in
- The message you write, including anything you choose to put in it
- Confirmation that you ticked the consent box
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send us through those channels.
Our web server also records standard technical information for every visit, such as the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. This is ordinary server logging and is not linked to the consultation form.
Why We Collect It
We use these details for one purpose: to read your enquiry, decide whether we can help, and reply to you. We also keep a record of business enquiries we have received.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing because you submitted an enquiry. That would require your separate, clearly given consent.
Where It Is Stored
Consultation requests are saved in this website’s administration area, hosted on our web hosting provider’s servers, and a copy is emailed to our own address so we can respond. Access is limited to NAFDAK personnel who need it in order to reply to you.
Third-Party Services Used by This Website
In the interest of being straightforward about it, this site makes two requests to services outside our control when a page loads:
- Google Fonts. The typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads.
- Hosting performance monitoring. Our hosting provider runs its own script that measures how quickly pages load.
Beyond these, this website carries no advertising networks, no analytics trackers, no social media pixels and no embedded third-party content.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies this site may use are those needed for its basic operation and security, and for keeping an administrator signed in.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain relevant to our correspondence with you and to our business records. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it. A defined retention period will be set out in the full privacy policy.
Asking Us About Your Information
Write to us at info@nafdak.com if you want to know what we hold about you, correct something that is wrong, or have it deleted. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Depending on where you live, you may have formal rights over your personal information under local law. Those rights, and the procedure for exercising them, will be set out in the full privacy policy. In the meantime, contact us and we will deal with your request directly.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
